Q: I am a LCOC member, but I can't log in using my LCOC membership number, why?
A: Being a LCOC member and having a LCOC membership number does not automatically set you up with on-line access. You must set this up yourself. There is no additional fee. Click here to register for on-line access..

Q: I forgot my user name and/or password, what do I do now?
A: Click here to have your user name and password sent to you via e-mail. You MUST know your LCOC membership number and the answer to your secret question.
